Heat sink temperature measurement has always posed a challenge for engineers in areas such as power supply manufacturing. The QT0220F thermistor was designed for use in such applications. Based on the standard TO220 package, this device is ideal for use in hostile environments.

  • *Power Rating: .25 W at 25°C, derate to 0 W at 125°C
  • Resistance @25°C: 10K ohm to 100K
  • Operating temperature range: -55°C to 125°C
  • Storage temperature range: -65°C to 150°C
