PTC Microelectronic Surface Mount Precision Thermistors are the solution where hybrid mounting is a must. The 5-sided wrap-around terminations allow reliable mounting using conventional conductive epoxy onto various substrates. Substrates such as alumina as well as standard PC Board material work well with the QTCH series PTC Thermistor. Solder attachment is NOT recommended.
