Quality Thermistor's QTG12 Diode series of axial leaded Precision PTC thermistors conform to the EIA D07 Diode package. QTG12 parts are available in resistances at 25°C from 10 ohm to 10,000 ohm. Available tolerances are 10%, 5%, 2% and 1%. The power rating for the QTG12 series is .125 watts at 25°C. The operating temperature range for the QTG12 series is -55°C to 125°C. Thermal time constant for the QTG12 series is 55 seconds maximum.
