These high-rel, military grade NTC Precision thermistors are suitable for critical applications in temperature measurement, temperature control, amplifier stabilization, power control, microprocessor interfacing, and numerous other applications. As the industry leader in Mil-Spec devices, Quality Thermistor has a part to fill nearly any need.
  • Thermal Time Constant: 80 seconds max in still air
  • Dissipation Constant: 5 mW/°C min in still air
  • Power Rating: .5 W at 25°C, derate to 0 W at 125°C
  • Resistance @25°C: 68 ohm to 75K ohm
  • Operating temperature range: -55°C to 125°C
  • Storage temperature range: -65°C to 150°C
